Jacquelynne assists her clients resolve their family law disputes efficiently and with compassion, recognizing it can be one of the most difficult times in their lives. She regularly assists clients with negotiating separation agreements, parenting plans and, when necessary, through the court process. Jacquelynne has extensive courtroom experience having successfully argued various family law issues before the courts including complex property issues, support issues, alienation and high conflict parenting disputes.
Jacquelynne is also proud to assist clients in some of the happiest times in their lives in negotiating marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements as well as in family adoptions.
Jacquelynne is from the West Carleton area and completed her undergraduate degree at Carleton University, with distinction and her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. She was called to the Bar in 2016 and has been practicing family law since and as owner of her own firm, since May 2021. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Carleton County Law Association acting as a member on the Family Law Advisory Committee.
